I joined Fitness Plus 9 years ago. It was the first gym I ever joined. I was a memeber for 3 years. I met a trainer, recommended by a freind, that unfortunitly work out of another gym WG in seekonk. So reluctantly I canceled my membership with Fitness Plus to work out with this trainer. Total SHOCK!! The gym I joined was a dump,old rickety equipment and the locker room smelled liked the monkey house at Capron park zoo. But my trainer was excellent for what I wanted to acheive. I was a member there for 4 years, souly because my trainer. I then moved to middle massachusetts,the only gym available to me was 3 minutes from my house. It was worse than WG in seekonk. It was an old car garage converted into a gym, but not by much. I then tried several gyms in the area, but anything decent was over 30 minutes away. So I never joined, I just payed by day between 3 gyms in the area, depending on how much time i had to travel. NOW, I am back in Plainville, and Fitness Plus is 5 minutes away! Of all the gyms I have been to, Fitness Plus is definetly the best. Newest equiment, great variety..CLEAN locker rooms! great hours. I am so glad to be back! I highly recommend this gym, you will not be disappointed!
Pros: Great variety of equipment
Cons: Can be alittle crowded,but you pick your times to work out when it's not.
