Well, I read the reviews online, and formed my own opinion regarding Shampoo Hair and Day Spa. I went in wanting a full color correction, and hair extensions. I first spoke with the owner Joseph, who referred me to his head stylist Christina. She took her time to explain to me all of the steps required for my desired result. She and Joseph left no stone unturned, and were totally up front with me regarding time, price, and the extensive work that was needed to get my look the I wanted. Christina was soooo pleasent, professional, and was actually done well under the time she quoted me. I showed up roughly 15 minutes early, sat for no more than 5 minutes before she had an assistant start washing my hair. I can only speak from my experience, use your OWN judgement on a business before you let any of these reviews form your opinion for you. Yes, Joseph has a very ""strong' personality, from what I could see, but he was very nice, and has total confidence with his staff. If you want an awesome style, call and make an appointment with Christina, she really did get my look exactly as I had described, she rocks!!!
