Well, I received the email from Uptown Locators as well, and it's funny, I've always been happy with them, but I've never thought to go on and leave a review. I've read some of the ""bad"" reviews, and I am shocked. This company, and the owner in particular has always been very helpful to me, and in fact, anytime that I've spoken to him, I've been surprised that an owner of a company took such a role in tenant communication. I have lived in my apartment for over 3 years and I have never experienced any rude attitudes or unkind behavior, always the opposite. I would recommend to anyone they rent from Uptown Locators. They have taken care of whatever I needed, always!
