My wife and I enjoyed the Red Pony Restaurant on Feb 13 to celebrate Valentines Day. Our first impression was very good as my wife pointed out a country singer who would end up sitting one table over. Once the stars left her eyes we were able to enjoy an atmosphere that does not need any help from that of a big time country singer. The place had a great vibe that could fit in well in any big city, but is perfectly fitting for, and is a great addition to, the quaintness of downtown Franklin. The waitstaff was professional, knowledgeable and yet very personable. The particular appetizer we choose was a rare move for us, but we were pleasantly surprised! The chicken my wife enjoyed was....in here words...""the best chicken I have ever had!""
