Review content:
I went for dinner at Revel on Wednesday night with my sister who is visiting for the holiday, and I have to say that what I just read on the previous review completely mystifies me. Someone wrote that the food was terrible, but I simply can't believe that they ate at the same restaurant. I worked in the restaurant business for many years, and I know that it's possible that some nights can be better than others in every respect. But when you have food like we did, which was unbelievable across the board, it's hard to imagine that it could fluctuate to such an extent.
