Review content:
We used JRC to replace the roof in our house in Nashville. We were initially pleased with their politeness and responsiveness. But in the 3 years since they replaced the roof we've had a number of problems indicating shoddy workmanship. We've had repeated leaks, and in each case they seem to do the minimum necessary to temporarily stop the leak without solving the underlying problem. Also in their bill for the roof replacement they said that they had replaced the flashing, but in fact they did not. We didn't discover this until a couple of years (and many leaks) later. They eventually came back out and re-did the flashing, but only after repeated calls and threats to report them to BBB, and also only after a number of weeks delay. In addition, we found an area where prior leaks had caused rotting in some roof boards, but instead of replacing the roof boards JRC just put a piece of metal sheeting over it. This was a temporary fix but it led to leaking that we uncovered a couple of years later. They also did some gutter work for us and put on a gutter shield, but over the course of about 2 years the shield warped and became pretty much useless and eventually we replaced it.
