Charlie helped me find my first home 16 years ago as a new single parent. He gave me great direction and walked me through the whole process: gave wonderful suggestions for finding just the right home for my children and me, negotiated a fair price and navigated the closing procedure. This past year, when the market was softening, I turned to Charlie again but this time for help with the sale of my home. Once more, he proved to be the right realtor for me. He educated me with his expertise gained from years of experience in the greater Holyoke area, did a bang-up job getting my home advertised in the area, encouraged buyers' realtors to bring their clients through and, once again, walked me through the negotiations and closing procedure. I was very happy with the results of my home sale and would recommend, without exception, Charlie Davignon as a fine realtor.
