""zero stars"" My friend brought her car in for a routine oil change, after complaining non-stop about how much he ""hates working on her type of car"", the mechanic proceeded to torque on the oil filter with 3 different wrenches, the last being the size of my forearm, until he stripped the filter housing. He tried to tell her everything was fine for now but next time she would have to drop off her car for a couple hours. He admitted fault the first time then and there. when she went back for her next oil change (after oil had been leaking on her driveway) they gave her a bill for $220 for a new filter housing and labor and still had the nerve to charge her another 30 bucks for the oil change. when I was there i called the owner (who was across the street at the bar) and he tried to tell me anyone who went to take it off wouldve broken it. I proceeded to tell him any competent mechanic would've never gone about it that way and should be capable of a simple oil change.
