This company is operating in Oregon and does not have a workers compensation policy. That means when one of his workers gets injured you (the owner of the property) are liable! As well workers compensation fees are based on an employees W-2 income. So if there is not a comp policy than employees, are being paid under the table... In other words they are not paying paying their taxes! This contractor has been reported to the Oregon Construction Board, by the way this is a criminal offense, according to the OR Construction Board. Here is the link to verify if they their license, bond and insurance status City Search will not allow me to post a link... To verify this claim you will need to do a search for ""Oregon Construction Construction Board"" then in their system you can search for Aaron's CCB# which is 185684
