I have been working in Odessa for six weeks and finally found this place the last week we are going to be out here. Don't let the appearance fool you. We were the first customers to arrive for lunch and Oie herself came over and asked exactly how we wanted our meals cooked. I got the Chicken Pad Thai and it was great. We haven't found many great places here in Odessa, but this is definitely one of them. The meals were reasonably price and as Oie told us, they have 99 to choose from.
Pros: The food, good lunch spot, quick service
Cons: Has a cafeteria feel to it
