As the owner of TruRootz, I was very disappointed to hear about the type of service that received. We work hard to maintain our image, standard of quality and professionalism. We intend to provide the absolute best service to each of our clients. If there is an instance that a customer is not pleased, we strive to acknowledge and rectify the situation to satisfy our customer.
Our clients are valued and appreciated, therefore, it is disheartening to read the comments of someone who left the salon with a bad impression. Fortunately, this has served as an opportunity for growth and development for myself and my stylists.
