Businiess name:  Tru Rootz Natural Hair Salon

Review content:
As tempting as it is to deliver every horrible detail of my experience at this shop, I just don't have the emotional energy. In short, I went there for flat twists. The stylist was 45 minutes late and she cut my hair off in the back. Apparently, ""transitioning"" in this salon means to cut off the relaxed hair. I still don't know how that could be transitioning because once that's done you're no longer transitioning, but natural. After much inner struggle on whether to leave and truly look a hot mess for an important event, or to stay and risk more injury, I stayed. The stylist ripped through my hair with a small tooth comb and didn't do my hair the way I asked her to. It was cute, but I was totally unhappy with the experience, my new two inch fro in the back of my head, or the stylist's idea that a $15 reduction in the price was sufficient compensation for torturing and traumatizing me.
