Review content:
Andy's Cleaners have recently undergone new ownership. Since the change, I have noticed a decline in the quality if my dry cleaning. Recently, they have completely shrunken and damaged my once beautiful coat. The quality of the wool has been completely downgraded and the fit is a lot smaller and shorter and lumpy. When I went complained to the owners, it was to my horror how unprofessional they were and had by far the worst customer service considering it was their fault. They didn't completely take blame, but instead try to blame it on the material of the coat. They even went as far as comparing my garment to other customers' garments that are labeled as Versace, which cost over $1000. It was a pathetic attempt to defend their credibility and was completely irrelevant to the subject at hand. It doesn't matter if my coat cost a few hundred or a few thousand dollars or whether it was Versace or not, the fact of the matter is, they ruined my coat. I would NEVER recommend this place unless you want your garments to come back ruined.
