Review content:
I recently went to Timberview to visit a friend of mine who was recovering from a very difficult setback. As I walked in the door, I saw the patients there interacting with the staff in some sort of group. I was quickly greeted with a warm smile and asked if I needed any assistance. Instead of pointing me to the direction of my friends room, they escorted me and socialized with me as we walked down the hall. The halls and rooms looked clean and it smelled good. The aids were very attentive, patient and kind. When I asked my friend how the care was and how she enjoyed the food, she said she was pleasantly surprised and couldn't ask to be in a better place. She said since she's been there, she's felt like she's become part of their family. I have a feeling she'll be wanting to go back just to visit. I hadn't been to Timberview in a couple years, and it seemed more open and homelike than I remember. I was very impressed and thought they deserved a write up.
Pros: Great customer service, very friendly
