Review content:
I just got through with one of the most unpleasant customer experiences of my entire 59 years. I bought my son a very expensive knife for his birthday and wanted just our last name done so as to make it an heirloom. I was very clear with the guy making the slip out that was what I wanted, said it three times. Last name only, heirloom. When he filled out the work order he had me sign it. I handed it back after doing so and he asked me to please print my signature which I did. They Put MY signature on it thing making it worthless for what I wanted for my son and said that is what I ordered. I could not afford another knife so I was forced to go ahead and have them cobber his name on the other side. When I went to pick it up the second time they went ahead and charged me for their screw ups. I mentioned respectfully, I reiterate respectfully, that I thought that maybe they should try to mitigate their mistake and wave the $15 charge, that?s when owner flipped out accusing me of being a scammer and thief trying to steal from him, very loudly and very rudely. His little guy at the front messed up taking the order and the owner accuses me of being a thief. I don't need 15 dollars that bad but it will be the last of my or any of my family or friends money he will ever see. Before you have them do work for you make sure not to take anything you cherish as once they mess it up you are out of luck and may have to put up with being yelled at if you say anything.
