Coming from Boston, a city with a decent transportation system, it has been a rough period of adjustment here in Pittsburgh. We don't have a car, and often need cabs to get around. Sadly, Yellow Cab has the most cars on the road... I say ""sadly"" becuase they always tell you they'll be 15-20 minutes, but they never arrive on time. Beyond that, I've called at 3pm on a Monday, been told I'd need to wait 15-20 minutes and then waited for over an 90 minutes (calling twice to ask about my missing cab)...Horrible service. Everytime I talked to anyone they blamed other people that worked there... since it obviously isn't traffic at 3pm on a monday. Finally after 90 minutes, I cancelled the cab and walked 15 minutes to the nearest bus stop and caught a bus.
Cons: late, never arrived, mis-quoted
