I needed a package delivered within 3 days. I took this pakage to this store paid for next day air was guaranteed next day service. When the package did not arrive 3 days later I called to inquire as to its whereabouts the owner operator first said we gave him the wrong adress, when I pointed out that the reciept I was given has a print out of the correct adress he said ""so everyone makes mistakes what do you want me to do?"" I said I needed that package that he should figure out something he then let loose an expletive and hung up on me. I will never and suggest no one else should ever do business with this store or its owner again. Thisis what brown did for me it cost me $$$$'s, hours of time and unmeasurable aggrevation. Cons: everthing form customer service to explanation of mistakes and accepting responsibility
