Review content:
We've been going to this dry cleaners for at least 5 years and recently brought in some clothes to be cleaned. When we went in to pick up the clothes, we noticed that one of the dress shirts had ink ALL over it. We asked about it and the lady helping us said, oh you brought it in this way, we didn't even clean it when we noticed the ink. We responded by saying we most certainly did not bring the shirt in that way and asked why if it wasn't cleaned, why is it now pressed and has a tag safety pinned to it to show that it was. We brought it in in a bundle of clothes and it was wrinkled. The lady said she she didn't know, that she couldn't help us, and that the shirt had ink on it when we brought it in. She said to come back on Monday when the owner was in. My husband came back at that time and the owner wasn't available. She asked my husband to come back another day. He said we would be going on out of town for vacation so she offered to have the owner call him. My husband never received a call.
