Review content:
I had a good experience 15 years ago when I rented my tux for prom, so I figured this was a good choice for my wedding. Wrong. They still have a couple real experts there, but the front desk is staffed by underskilled and undertrained dolts who couldn't answer the simplest of questions.
But the real reason I'm posting this review is that three of my groomsmen (including myself) received dress shirts several sizes too small. Mine was so small that the neck was unbuttonable and I couldn't remove my jacket at the reception because it looked terrible. We were asked to try on pants, jacket, and shoes, but they didn't ask us to try on dress shirts. This was after I had to pay another $20 per tux for two groomsmen to get their tuxes the night before the pick-up date. Why the charge? BECAUSE THE DRESS SHIRTS HAD TO BE LAUNDERED. Y'know, the ones that didn't fit?
