John from North Hill Overhead door came out asap when the spring on my garage door broke..he spent about an hour on my door, regreasing the tracks and replaced the springs with ones that were more heavy duty than the originals...the final price was $20 less than the price quoted over the phone by his office gal and I am VERY satisfied with his work...they have a fine reputation with the BBB too!
Pros: quality work, fast, reasonably priced
