Review content:
This is a prime Starbucks location near Case and University Hospital. The coffee is typical Starbucks, always consistent. The baked goods are also typically Starbucks--not good--but that's not the fault of this location as it's a system-wide problem. Don't need the extra calories anyhow! What makes this place special is the staff and they are consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only problem in this location can be getting a seat, especially during exam season, as single students tend to take up tables and couches alone to study. It would be nice if the staff suggested that they double up or--better still--that they thought of it themselves! Only complaint. They have good long hours, too, staying open till 11 weekdays and midnight on weekends (IIRC). Pros: Typical, consistent Starbucks quality; excellent staff Cons: Crowded sometimes with students studying
