Review content:
I confirmed to reserve lanes at the bowling alley a week in advance. I was not told I needed a reservation, . I called the day of the event to confirm our reservations. Once our party arrived, we ended up waiting in line for over an hour despite the fact that we reservations. I requested to speak to a manager on several occasions and did not get any assistance from one. The cashier had a bad attitude, did not apologize for the wait time, or offer any money back/free games. The cashier also tried to spread our party out among different lanes from the ones that we had reserved and when we explained that we were all together, she stated that we should have told her that and got an attitude with us for not doing so. I told her that we needed to be on the same lanes, some incentives, something for the trouble we had gone through and she said sarcastically, ""How about thank you?"" Pros: Good food Cons: Everything else!
