I agree with Great Doctors! Dr. Richard Medley is the best... I was diagnosed with RCC in 2003. I had gone to two other urologists in FL who gave me an option of either removal of the kidney or cryotherapy. I remember when I first met Dr. Medley made me feel at ease. He performed the surgery doing a partial nephrotomy. He is a doctor with great people skills.
