Review content:
I have heard bad things about Magnum Firearms. I decided to see for myself. I have been shopping around alot of gun stores in town, and I have bought a few guns in the last year. My first experience with Magnum was a few months ago, when my daughter and I stopped by to do some shopping. The employee behind the counter, who I believe was the owner because he had his kid there who seemed to be my daughters age, was very rude, arrogant, and condescending. Since I was familiar with other shops in town, we took our business else where. I recently am in the market for a shotgun, and being a glutton for punishment, called Magnum as they open earlier than most shops. I asked some questions about shotguns and bird hunting, and was again talked down to as if i don't what I'm talking about ( which i don't know much about shotguns that's why i was asking). He asked where i thought i was going bird hunting, and i replied, i still needed to get my permit and SHOTGUN. He then told me to get my long gun permit which I have. When i told i have it, he said then come in and look at his guns.....(I think not!) I said no thanks I'll go else where, then i was hung up on. There are several good gun stores where the employees are eager to help and treat you with respect. Security equipment, gun source, young guns, ogc, just to name a few. Hope this helps......customers!!!
