Please do not use the cleaner if you value your clothes. This cleaner lost a pair of my new express jeans, told me to file a claim, did not honor the claim then called me back 2 months later saying that they found my pants right after I filed but couldn't call because they didn't have long distance on their phone. What, I live in Simpsonville SC!? And yet they are considered to be an established business, NOT GOOD! They could have dropped a letter in the mail, some kind of consideration! It's obvious that they could care less and only tried to reach out when they felt that they might be held liable. By the time they finally contacted me I had already replaced my pants, so I'm out of $80 bucks. Stay away, you will come out better just cleaning your clothes yourself. If you are like me you work hard for your money and deserve more from businesses who promise to take good care of your care of your belongs and then when something happens to them its ""OH WELL, YOUR LOST""!!!!!!
