Review content:
I would give this place zero stars if that was an option. I went here for the first time on Monday, October 3rd. I asked for a shellac manicure which I was told they could do. The nail tech was very friendly and when she started to do my shellac manicure, it was different from what I've had previously. I questioned her and she told me it was same thing, just different brand and that it was much better for nails and longer lasting. Since I know nothing about nails, didn't questions her and said okay. I got a french manicure, and she did a terrible job on the lines. The white had ""bled"" into the pink part of my nail and the lines weren't straight, they were jagged. I didn't say anything though b/c I NEVER complain at nail spas. They are a dime a dozen so if I'm not happy I just find somewhere new. I paid $35 and left a $5 tip and left. Wednesday evening, two days after my shellac manicure that is supposed to last 2 weeks (every other time I've had it done, I've even had them last 3 weeks!) so two days after my shellac manicure three of my nails had literally lifted of my nails and chipped off. I was very upset b/c I just spent $40 on something that lasted two days!!! So, today, October 6th, I went in to see if I could get my money back. They were EXTREMELY rude. I did not yell, or seem angry, just dissatisfied and wanting to get my $35 back. They told me they would fix the three nails but that was it. All of my other nails had cracks in them and were certainly going to chip off any day now. They told me my nails looked fine and that they would repair my three nails. I said I didn't want them repaired b/c it's clearly a product that doesn't last. They then told me they don't even do shellac manicures and that they told me that before I got my manicure and if I didn't like it I should have left then. They also told me that I must wash my hair too hard. ABSURD! Anyhow, it went on and on and on and long story short, they sent me on my way and had no care if I never came back. They have the customer service of toddlers and I have never been treated so poorly by anyone, anywhere. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE for any nail treatment, but especially if you want a shellac manicure. They'll tell you that you are getting a shellac manicure but what they are giving you is a gel manicure. Totally different and not nearly as long lasting. This place sucks. I can't believe they are in business still.
