Wow! This place is a joke! The first time we took our dog here she came out looking just fine. The bandana she came home with was a cute touch and we were very happy. We made an appointment and my fiance took her. They were busy so it took them over 3 hours to get her done. He finally gets home and she looked like crap. Her body is fine but her face was butchered. She's a mutt but she takes after the cocker spaniel and poodle in her. Everybody thinks she's a shitzshu because she's got that fluffy face. She came home with her mustache sticking straight out and shorter on one side. They also shaved too much on top of her nose. The top of her head is uneven, and the line next to one eye is not symetrical with the other. I also found a huge mat under her tail. I understand they were busy but that's no excuse to rush and do a poor job. I've trimmed her face before and I've never butchered her this bad. On top of this, the owner was unprofessional taking personal phone calls and swearing on the phone while my fiancee was standing there. She also yelled at him and told him he was late, when he wasn't - they had another ""Panda"" scheduled for an appointment. This place is unprofessional and not worth the money. Please save yourself the headache and take your pet somewhere else. We will never give them our business again! ~ Panda's Mom
