Review content:
Our heater had to be replaced in October of 2009. After searching many area heating/cooling companies, we decided to go with Kozar because they were $1500 less than the next cheapest company. Turns out, you get what you pay for. Since then, we've had nothing but headache from this company. They REPEATEDLY don't show up for appointments, don't bring necessary materials, don't call when they won't be coming out, etc. It's ridiculous and no way to run a business. What's worse, they know we have a small baby (now 6 months old), and that hasn't motivated them to be any more responsible when it comes to fixing our heat. Shameful. Our heater has a warranty with them, but I am actively searching for a way for us to transfer that warranty to a company who actually wants to work and be responsible. If you like your home warm, and would like to avoid headaches every time you contact your heating/cooling company, AVOID KOZAR.
Pros: Cheap
Cons: Bad service, disorganized, poorly managed
