They try to come across as a highly trained professional's. This in not what I experinced. First of all when trying to check-in the girls at desk pay no attention to you, started to make me feel uncomfotable should have went with my gut feeling and left. After waiting I was taking to the sink and washed and then was seated. The hairstylist asked what I wanted and told her color and trim, she said i was only in for trim no color but she would be able to fit in my color. So I was rushed though my haircut what was only a trim and I left with something horrible and my color looked like i still have roots. A shampoo girl had to dry my hair since my appontment was not right and when I told her it was not what I expected she said "" It looks great you will get use to it"". The stylist never come back to look just paid way to much and went to my car and cry. The worst part even my husband ask what happened to my hair when I arrived home.
