Review content:
My review is based on the service received from the management at these apartments as someone who is already a resident.
They do not care and they are unwilling to help even when it is a matter directly relating to them. The apartments are currently undergoing a remodel and they have their contractors arrive before 7am breaking city audience laws.
The management are slovenly, rude and disrespectful if you ask them to do their job, which ultimately they do not.
People living here do not clean up after their dogs and thusly there is a mine-field of dog mess on the gardened communal lawns.
It's such a shame because the apartments are pretty decent. But the location means it's very loud and the management are incompetent.
I used to live in San Francisco with a Muni (Train) line running outside my door and it was quieter.
