We bought the Palm Beach County book of coupons for $20. There are coupons in it for buy one entree and get one free at Kokomo's.\r

Tried to use it at lunch time, ordered from regular menu, not the lunch menu and they would not honor it. The waitress said they recently had a big meeting and decided not to honor the coupons at lunch time.\r

No where on the coupon does it exclude lunch. \r
\r
How fair is that? I've had other problems with Kokomos customer service in the past. Not sure why people still go there.
