I went there to get a wireless phone. The person behind the counter was more responsive than i would have thought. He asked me questions so that he would be able to help be get on a rate plan that wouldn't leave me broke. He asked me where I was planning on using the phone then he punched in the areas to see if there was service! When I asked him why he was doing all this he told me"" I want to help you so that you don't get sticker shock and that your phone works where you want it to. I don't wan't to make a sale and have an unhappy customer. I really on word of mouth."" He continued to say that he would rather see me leave and say that he couldn't help me rather than lie to me. HONESTY goes a long way with me.I would recommend the store to everyone.
Pros: honest and very thorough
Cons: the store is small and if you don't know its there you could drive by.
