Review content:
The Hilton Garden Inn is beautiful and the people are very friendly. New rooms just opened on the upper floor, and the beds are the most comfortable ever. Back problems are no match for them! Front desk attendants are full of recommendations and are very helpful. The restaurant does great room service and has friendly bartenders. Breakfast is not included but is nice. Close proximity to OSU campus, great to just walk across the street to visit family and watch games. HHonors rewards also nice. They remember your name if you are a frequent visitor.
Pros: Friendly accommodating staff
Cons: Busy for games, family weekends, make 1 yr advance reservations
