Careful with this guy! To start , Rate fees are not displayed at all, but a few sings make it very clear that they charge the full amount for re-testing, ( I found this weird). The car didn't pass the ""visual inspection"", In a very poor English he tried to explain the problem but I didn't believe a word of what he was telling me, so I decided to take the car to a well known local service. The car passed the test without any problems.
Don't take the risk, this guy is dishonest and everything he does is a scam.
