Hatch is a great company to work for. The staff that work for the agency are very friendly, positive and a pleasure to work with. They make sure to treat everyone that they do business with with respect and professionalism. Jake Shirk, who is one of the on-site managers, is great to work with. He treats all of his employees equally and with respect and is understanding of employees and unique situations that are bound to arise. Jake is a great manager and a great representation of the company and its values. Hatch is a company that I would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a job.
