Firsly, let me say thatI rarely write reviews for a retail business but in the case of Rivas, I feel compelled to do so. The staff at Rivas, particularly Maria, made a very difficult time much easier for my 91 year old mom, my sister and I. Maria worked very hard to procure the proper wheelchair for my mom. She was always available to me by phone, answering my questions, assuring me that she'd do all she could to make sure mom had the proper equipment. Even when I became a bit of a pest, phoning her several times in a day, she and her staff always remained courteous and reassuring, saying that they didn't consider me to be a pest and they let me know I was always welcome to call with any questions or concerns. In closing, if anyone out there who reads this requires medical equipment or needs a question answered, don't hesitate to contact Rivas Medical. They have a gift for making people who are going trhough medical difficulties, feel sincerely cared about. Thank you, Rivas and thank you expecially, Maria. Dee Vetri
