I have a now 5 year old daughter, who was enrolled in Memorial United Methodist's (MUM) preschool program when she was 2 years of age. I wasn't hesitant at all to place my only child into this wonderful program, after ""interviewing"" director Nanci Case, seeing all the well-equipped areas, cleanliness, communication, how happy the children were, cirriculum, and the very very low teacher turnoer rate. Nanci's been there 20 years or more! Alyssa, my daughter, was so happy with the summer programs, and even more with the year long (goes along with CharMeck schedules) program. There was an average of 6 children per teacher each day I saw, which is great! There are teachers forthe infants, 1's, 2's, 3's, and 4's. Alyssa attended until summer 2007 when family problems forced us elsewhere, but she misses her school so much! The teachers are so crafty, hands-on, great with language-art-you name it! I have no complaints whatsoever. The tuition is incredibly inexpensive...under $200 monthly for 5 days a week care, 9-1pm! They do allow 2, 3, even 4 day enrollees as well for less. They care so much about their kids there, and religion is not ""heavy"" in class as one would think (well I did at first!). They are located on the church property, and incorperate religion moderately. I highly recommend this preschool program!
