Review content:
My lovely SO surprised me with a Vapir brand vaporizer. In the store, they told her it was highly recommended and one of the best vapes they carry. Low and behold, all internet reviews of the product we terrible and we decided to return it. Once inside the store, to return the brand new product and packaging, the Manager and another employee insist that Infinitys End does not allow returns on Vaporizors. With receipt in hand, the Manager says""We just don't accept returned Vaporizors-I don't care what your receipt says. The figure-head manager refuses to call the store ownwer and coldly says that I'm not giving your money back. Its as if he wants to fight. 15 ninutes later, the owner returns, authorizes my return, and his store manager refuses to do the transaction!
There's no reason to shop at Infinity's End where the manager does not honor returns with the receipt, then takes its personal that he was caught inventing policies! There are other head shops in Charlotte that won't try to strong-arm you into a bad purchase or refuse a valid return.
