I am a die-hard tart yogurt lover. I actually don't know how I lived without it for 23 years of my life! And my favorite of the many chains in the DC area is Yogen Fruz. First, if you get (any size) yogurt with toppings (only $1.25 more) it is UNLIMITED toppings! So you can pile it high! They also have the anti-oxidant power fruit Acai infused flavor yogurt you can twist with your original yogurt. Too cool!
I've never done it, but you can also mix your favorite fruits in with plain yogurt to create your own personal flavor! Endless possibilities!!
In VA the small size with [UNLIMITED] toppings is $4.15. Compare that to a Pink Berry where the small is $4, and it's $0.99 for each topping. The choice is clear :)
Pros: Unlimited toppings! Acai flavored yogurt!
Cons: I wish they had a frequent-customer punch card
