You'd expect a place where you can easily spend more than $800 getting a couple of pairs of glasses to at least pretend to be friendly, but not here. Not only were the glasses just barely better than none at all (or cheap readers), there was also an air of hostility I could never understand. And when they ran a different amount from what I authorized on my credit card, they were mysteriously unable to provide me a receipt for that difference and tried to make out as if they had actually UNDER-charged me. I sure wish someone had warned me away from this organization, even though the optometrist himself was very nice. I hope he finds a better place to hang his shingle, cause this one seems doomed. Bad communication, high prices, unsatisfactory glasses.
