I was diagnosed with diabetes about 2 months ago. It was one of my worse days. The thought of having to test my blood sugar, give myself injections. Very scary to me. When I first met Dr. Apedo, she was a very nice woman but quiet. But she listened to me and all my fears and sat with me and explained all my questions to me. When I left I felt confident that I could do this until i got home. I wasn't sure what to do so I called her. She took the time to explain everything to me on the phone again. And asked me to come in the next morning. I would recommend Dr. Apedo to anyone. She is a wonderful, understanding, helpful doctor.
