I was so delighted at the entire experience. From the moment of walking in and being greeted by name. I felt welcome and like I was meeting old friends even though it was my first time. I consulted with Chrissy about what I was looking for in cut and color. She understood exactly and made me feel confident with her abilities. She took the time to educate me on the pro's and cons and the choices available.
