Review content:
I am a weekly shopper at the local Vineyard in my hometown, or I should say was. Recently I was shocked by the treatment I have received multiple times by VIneyards employees, especially one named CIndy (last name withheld after she refused and laughed at me when I asked her full name to make a report). I have contacted both owners of the company and am writing in all of the top google business review websites to spare others this hideous treatment. I am completely disturbed by the treatment I received, I was belittled, laughed at, sworn at, and personally attacked, as well as denied ALL service then banned so reporting her would be difficult. An employee at the Vineyard made fun of my appearance and she accused me of being unemployed. I am a student at my local university, hard working, and am looking to graduate suma cum ladde this year. This all started because I had asked her if the Vineyard returned special micro brew bottles that they only sell there. She said yes and I brought in 2 bags, which she promptly ripped out of my hands in an extremely rude and abusive manner after scowling at me the entire way in. She pulled the bags so hard they ripped, and I found myself confused and a little scared. I asked for her name to report this and she refused. Then began the insults and belittlements. I am so shocked that an employee can think they can get away with this kind of behavior, and that someone would even want to act this way regardless of employment service. I emphatically encourage you against visiting this store until this disturbed employee apologizes for her outrageous behavior. I just thank god my 5 year old son was in the car at the time. I just think what if he had witnessed what had happened. If this spares one person or child this grief, then all this was worth it. God Bless, and stay safe!
