I have encountered few apartments with ruder management. Repeated requests for mainteneance go unheeded. A number of people have complained of pests and are told it is ""their problem"". One renter was in the hospital for two weeks and called to make payment arrangements and was told it was OK as long as late fees were paid. They received a letter shortly thereafter saying they had two days to pay or be evicted. The day after the letter, they received a phone call from management saying that ""if we don't have your rent by 5 PM today you need to get the f*** out of our aparments by 8 AM tomorrow"", ""we are not a f***ing bank"" and ""I have bigger problems than you being in the hospital. Give us our money"".
Pros: Good location
Cons: Rude management, upkeep is awful
