Review content:
We were taking my aunt's snowblower in for repair because the impeller was not throwing snow like it should. We put it on a trailer, took it to the shop and brought it in to have it serviced. We relayed the problem to the person working who quoted us an estimate of 2.5 times his posted hourly rate just to look at it (not counting any parts). While calling my aunt to see if she wanted to pay for the service at that price the worker told us, ""It's going to snow tonight, so you better get it fixed"". Well we talked to my aunt and she was a bit reluctant to pay as much so we asked if he would be willing to negotiate on the price. His response was to simply open up his shop door, no words, nothing.
Cons: Poor poor customer service, not friendly in the slightest and tried to gouge us due to an upcoming snowfall.
