Review content:
We were a party of 16, 4 different family's. We waited over 2 hours for our food after the server told us that she forgot to put our order in. At no point were we offer free appetizers nor did a manager come to the table to apologize. One of us were interested in their 3 mini desserts and wanted them to be all the same and was told no. And than after waiting 2 hours some of the food came cold. Than after the server screwed up she had the nerve to add 18% tip to all the checks. Even though she sucked, she screwed herself because I always tip 20%. I've worked in the restaurant business for years and this is NOT the way to treat customers and if you add a tip to my check, I take that as an insult. Food was good and different but because of our our service, I will never go back.
