We booked a tour with Holloway Tours several months in advance and paid almost 200.00 for two tickets to a baseball game. Due to Hurricane Irene the bus tour guide called and cancelled the trip less than 24 hours before the game was scheduled to be played. We received a call the following Monday saying the game had been rescheduled for a THURSDAY (originally on SATURDAY) and there would be NO Refunds given if we could not make that game. In the real world Thursday is a workday and when we asked to be refunded all or part of our money both the director AND the owner refused!!! Our seats at the game were NOT 100.00 apiece yet they refused any kind of refund. IF A COMPANY CAN RIP AN AVERAGE PERSON OFF LIKE THIS PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY.
