The commint Below By Holy is not true yes she ordered Cheese & yes I put it on there because when making the Burger Checking the Temp I cut a Piece off and had to make the cheese hold it together so I tucked into the piece so if it would not fall off and the cheese is 20 cent.When the waitstaff came to me she never brought the Burger back to me I would have never said I don't have time to look at it IM not that kind of Person . she only said she wanted the cheese taken off and the burger was almost gone and I said NO because I knew by what happened that it had cheese and if its almost gone when most of the time when somethings wrong you have it corrected right away .I belive in correcting my Problem but there was Cheese on it and I'M the one that told the waitress to let you know I was the owner cooking and even the waitress said when she took it out she could thought she seen Cheese on it, also we have had many of customers happy we have reopened so sorry you feel that way over a piece of cheese. and the Pepper Jack we have when melted is melted very then and really Downhill over some Cheese
