I made phone call to the store, and really, it sounded as if he had better things to do than to take my call. In this day I think that the business's that flourish will be the ones that take the time to listen and that are knowledgeable about what they sell. Really all he had to say was ""I have ""loads"" (pardon the pun!) of washing machines, come on in and will hook you up"" He would have had a customer. I guess they need a nice person answering the phone and leave him to work on the appliances!~ Now I've given them free marketing advise wonder if the owner even pays attention to what people think of his business.
