I payed my rent to this place and a portion of it (500.00) wasnt counted for which means that someone there (Henderson & Webb Employee) has carelessly misplace it or stolen it in the process of it being transported from Essex drop box to Cockeysville or where ever their headquarters office is! Although I have receipts and copies of the money orders written out to them....there telling us that there is nothing they they can do about it even though it was in their possession! I asked the representative in the office ""In the future...How can I be sure that if my payment is dropped in the drop box that it will get to you safely and accurately be counted"" She had no response for a breif moment so I then asked her ""What if I place my money in the future in the box again and it never reaches you (because someone there has carelessly lost or stolen it) will we be evicted if we dont pay again"" She answered yes!!!! Please Please do not place any payments in the drop box! It is not a guarantee and although they sometimes tell you that...It should be deleted as a payment option by the Management! These people are running a business with no regards to their tenants! It's all about them getting their money and if they make a mistake or if there is some wrong doing withing the company.........The Tenants & The Tenants only will pay for it! My suggestion to you is try your best to pay your rent in person and get a receipt! Dont trust the management company & never take their word for it when it comes to you rent! They will put you Out Hunny and will not look back at you! Finish your lease and move immediately! The economy is too shaky right now to deal with this kinda foolishness!
